About This Project
The Vertex door handle is a study in the harmony of opposites: rigorous architectural lines on the outside and hidden ergonomic softness where it matters most. The name refers to the geometric point where planes meet, creating a form that is both sharp and inviting.
From a distance, the design showcases bold, blade-like edges that give it a premium, contemporary character. However, the true essence of the handle is revealed through touch. The underside features a meticulously calculated curvature, providing an unexpectedly pleasant and organic feel for the hand.
By balancing this «hidden softness» with a sharp visual silhouette, Vertex proves that high-end industrial design doesn’t have to sacrifice comfort for style. It is a tactile experience wrapped in a mathematical shell.
